Meadville's location on Interstate 79, between I-80 and I-90, makes it an excellent distribution location for the Buffalo, Cleveland and Pittsburgh markets.
An industrial corridor spur provides access to all local industries. We are currently constructing new sidings off of the main line for all individual buildings in the Titusville Opportunity Park, our
tax-free industrial complex.
Our industrial site, the Titusville Opportunity Park, is readily adaptable to full use of the railroad. In fact, we already have some spurs running inside buildings for access by existing high capacity cranes.
One Opportunity Park tenant has already developed the capability of loading boxcars for all other tenants as needed. So the day you move in, you can have guaranteed capacity and pay only for the services you need.
And you couldn't have a better situation. Since we own the line, scheduling out of valley is personal and flexible. You never have to deal with a scheduler in some remote corner of the world.
