K-12 EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
The PA Department of Education regulates public education in the state.
Titusville is served by the Titusville Area School District, 221 N Washington St. Titusville PA 16354-1785 814-827-2715. The district operates Titusville High
School, Titusville Middle School, four elementary schools and the Early Child Learning Center, 330 East Spruce Street, Titusville, 16354, 814-827-4600. If you want to get a feel for the quality of education and
commitment, visit the school sites above.
The Early Child Learning Center (ECLC) was designed and built expressly to provide day care, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and transitional first grade programs, along with hot food, gymnastics and play grounds.
Additionally, all elementary children needing after school day care are bussed to the ECLC and cared for in programs with formal curricula until picked up by their parents.
The Titusville Christian Academy, 42490 State Hwy. 27, Titusville, 16354-4030, 814-827-4177 provides private day education.

COLLEGE, CONTINUING EDUCATION & CORPORATE TRAINING
The University of Pittsburgh operates its Titusville branch campus at the edge of the City, providing two-year associate degree programs in business, health care, and arts and sciences, and the first two years of baccalaureate education for students who wish to continue within the Pitt system or at another college.
Pitt-Titusville is located adjacent to Titusville Opportunity Park, and we are jointly working to develop a training complex within the Titusville Opportunity Park.
