	SO WHAT'S THE CATCH?

Actually, there is none. The fine print isn't too bad, either. Just locate your business in our commercial or industrial Keystone Opportunity Zones. After twelve years, you have to pay taxes like everyone else. The tax holiday applies to the business owners, but not their employees. (We have to have some revenue to keep the lights on.) If your business is an S-Corporation, you owe no Pennsylvania personal taxes, but if your company is a C-Corporation, you will. You can read the legislation that created this program, and send your accountant to the PA Department of Revenue site that gives all the current tax details.
