We, the community, do most of the work for you. We've already:
- Signed the necessary tax waiver agreements and obtained the KOZ designation.
- Purchased the land and buildings, hired the site engineers and begun the necessary renovations.
- Begun upgrading the infrastructure. We've insured that your electrical costs will be below currently available prices, and your gas costs will be among the lowest. We're tearing down some buildings
and renovating others, creating courtyards and installing elevators. We're doing everything we can to be ready for your arrival.
You need to:
- Complete your due diligence. We've given you all the information we can in this site. What more do you want from us? Let us know.
- Complete the Letter of Interest. We are pleased to give everyone information, but we do need to know your intentions.
