OUR MISSION
Since 1960, the Titusville Redevelopment Authority (TRA) has served as a "one-stop shop" for industries in the Titusville (PA) area. Serving area residents and industry alike, the Authority links the
Titusville Industrial Fund Inc., (TIFI), the Titusville Industrial Development Authority (TIDA) and the Titusville/Oil Creek Enterprise Zone to provide a full range of services including:
Loan packages.
Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) loans.
Enterprise Zone Competitive Loans.
Enterprise Zone competitive grants.
State/federal grant preparations.
TRA has an exceptional record in administering various state and federal programs to promote job growth. The Titusville area is served by the Skyline Industrial Park and the Titusville Industrial Park, and now our
two new Keystone Opportunity Zone development, Titusville Opportunity Park for industry, and Towne Square for commercial firms.
