Most states and communities in the country want to compete for your business, while a few, like Oregon, say visit but don't stay. We're selective, somewhere in the middle. We'll be honest - We don't want to be
overrun with development, but we value the contributions of new ideas and creative entrepreneurs.
We are very clear who we do and don't want as our neighbors, and it has nothing to do with your age, nationality race, religious beliefs, or any other surface consideration.
Titusville is a small city with a rich tradition in wealth generation and community spirit. Many successful people live here, full or part time. We share knowledge, experience and contacts, and respect each other's
privacy.
Our community's goal is for every resident to passionately pursue their dreams and achieve success. We invest in new and existing businesses with good management, strong business ethics and good business plans. And
we strive to grow statesmen, not politicians.
So we invest in our youth through our education system, which we believe is second to none. Over 70% of our students pursue higher
education. We certainly believe our children learn most from their families. If the family is healthy and strong, they benefit. If the family is stressed or dysfunctional, they suffer. That means we want every
family to be financially strong and independent.
We also invest through direct personal relationships. All children and young adults need strong role models beyond the family - relationships with a few non-related adults.
This is why we are willing to carry your local and state tax burden for twelve years. We need more help in creating more
knowledge worker jobs for our youth, more economic stability and prosperity for our families, more millionaire philanthropists for our community.
